Rtapalli Vidyapitha has a strong program in classical music (Hindustani vocal and tabla) and Odissi dance. Rtashrees get an opportunity to perform on stage during annual Rtotsava.

Rtotsava (Rta + Utsava) - is the annual week long celebration of our school around August 15 - the Rtapalli Foundation Day. It starts with student presentations for several days on mathematics, physics chemistry, biology, literature and spirituality, and it culminates with the Snataka Divasa (Graduation Day). The graduating students receive their certificates after listening to "Matrudevo bhava...." from Prathama Sikshyavalli of Taitreya Upanishad. You can listen to the Veda bakhya in odiya by Acharya Saroj Nanda. Rtotsava ends with a grand finale of veda-patha, poetry reading, Odissi dance, folk dance, Hindustani classical music (Vocal), (Tabla), and one-act-play.
